LADLAD Cares LGBTs

Ladlad, the world’s first and only political party for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) Filipinos. Our members are LGBT individuals and organizations and/or our heterosexual supporters. In Filipino, “magladlad” means to unfurl the cape that used to cover one’s body as a shield. It means to come out of the closet, to assert one’s human rights as equal to that of the next Filipino. LADLAD will run as Partylist in the May 13, 2013 midterm elections. Be part of history.

BOOK II: BALISONG

Dahil sa mga kulitan namin sa text dun nag-umpisa ang pagiging close namin sa isa't isa. Pauwi na ako ng Maynila. Habang nasa bus ako, nagkukulitan parin kami sa text ni Rufert. Paulit-ulit kong sinasabi na sana hindi na lang ako nag tooth brush para nahalikan niya ako. Hindi ko alam kung nagbibiro ba siya sa mga text niya o totoo talaga yun. Sana daw nung pumasok kami sa kwarto ng hotel napansin ko na ni lock niya ang pinto. Naghahanap pa siya ng CR sa kuwarto at sabi niya sana na gets ko na yun. Sayang may bath tub pa naman dun at pwede kami gumawa ng shower scene. 

FIRST LOVE HEART BEAT

The first time my heart beats with my same sex was when I was still Grade III. I can still remember how he courted me. At my young age I fell in love with Sahir. During recess time we eat our favorite noodle Maggi Kari from Malaysia. We became good friends but nothing is serious about a relationship between the two of us because we are still kids. I was very sad when he transferred school. I miss him as friend. 

I met Khaizar in my Grade V days. He is handsome. Just like Sahir he also courted me.

Facebook ang naging dahilan para makilala ko si RB. Nagpalitan ng mga celphone numbers, nagkausap sa phone at doon naging mas nakilala namin ang isa’t isa. Billy ang tawag niya sa akin kasi kamukha ko daw si Billy Crawford. Halos isang taon kami naging textmate. Nag-aaral pa siya ng kursyong teacher sa ikaapat na taon sa kolehiyo. Taga Ilocos si RB siya at ako naman tubong Davao. Ang layo namin sa isa’t isa pero dahil sa modernong panahon ang teknolohiya ang naglalapit sa amin. 

ENGAGED

First day of class para pumasok na ako sa kolehiyo. Awkward nga kasi walang masyadong kakilala. Habang naghihintay sa teacher, nakikinig ako sa mga maiingay na kwentuhan ng mga kakalase ko. Inoobserbahan ko din ang mga trip nila. Ang iba sa kanila ay magkakaibigan na nung high school pa. Uso pa nun ang F4 at may apat na magkakaibigan na parang F4 nga ang dating. Si Han ay isang matalino, masipag na mag-aaral at guwapo. Kilala ko na ang isa sa kanila, at siya si Jad na magaling sumayaw, matinik sa mga chicks at maganda ang mata niya ha. Tahimik at mabait na tao naman si Joe. Siya ang nakikita kong seryoso na tao. Si Ben naman ang pinakamagaling sa klase kahit introvert ang personality niya.

       Akala ko kumpleto na ako. Minsan kasi nasabi ko sa sarili ko, sana may kasama akong inspirasyon sa bawat paglalakbay ko para may makausap, makakwentuhan at makaharutan man lang. he..he..he.. May mga nakilala naman akong mangingibig pero hindi kami nagtagal dahil sa meron kaming mga rason kung bakit kailangang maghiwalay. Isa sa mga hindi ko makalimutang lugar ay ang Batangas. Pumunta kaming magbabarkada para makita at maikot man lang ang magandang probinsiya. Naalala ko si Rufert pala ay taga Batangas kaya tinext ko si JM para hingin ang number niya para naman makita at makilala ko siya ng personal. Matagal na kaming nag-uusap sa chat ni Rufert. Mabait, minsan naman malambing,  makulit, at minsan hindi ko maintindihan ang ugali niya. XD!
